Having trouble with your add-on content?

Hey Lips fans,
 
Karena from the Lips team here. Some of you may have noticed that some Game Add-On songs purchased for the original Lips are not yet available to play in Lips: Number One Hits. We’ve got a solution and hope to release it in the next couple days.
 
In the meantime, note that all of the Game Add-On content you purchased can still be played using the original Lips disc – you won’t lose access to any content you have purchased. We’re working as fast as we can to ensure that your Game Add-On purchases will also work with Lips: Number One Hits and will let you know as soon as the fix is available. Thanks for your patience and support!

    If the licensing between the two is such an issue, why can't you release all of the new tracks for Lips II on market place as DLC for the same price as the hard copy. I'd gladly pay that to have all games on one version. If you want to make improvements to the game play, can it not be done as an add on?

    i understand the license issue (I think). Music companies and artists don't get a penny out of used games. If you could burn songs from lips 1 to hard-drive, then you might as well go out and sell your disc as used. This then "robs" music companies and artists from getting paid because the used game cannibalizes sales of new discs. Also agree - more country songs. By the way, ton of better Pet Shop Boys songs than Always on my Mind - Willie Nelson version far superior.

    hi great songs on lips number 1 hits problem im having at the moment i picked my free song pack using the free code in lips no1 hits but it nothing seems to of happened its not even in transaction list anyone else having same problem

    Just so you know, the previously incompatible DLC is back up on the Marketplace and is now playable in Number One Hits.

    I can see the leaderboards in game just after i sing a song thats how i know i rank 1st on 3 songs (not for long tho i admit!!) but i am talking about the leaderboards accessed via the leaderboards tab at the top of this page!! :)

    yeah i agree if the licenses are a issue then atleast add a microsoft license export key download. So we can have a more conveint way of accessing the full potential of a lips experience. Would also help the game out in the variety department, for when people have others over in a get together. And pursuade people to buy the game for themselfs.
